Following an in-depth meeting to fully understand your brief, we outline our understanding of priorities for your new home and provide a shortlist of recommended areas to live, with a comparison of commuting times, area features and local facilities.
We review with you the merits of each, before we embark on a tailored home search in your chosen area(s). Dovetail previews properties, which correspond to your home search brief and then schedules client accompanied viewings of properties which best fulfil your wish list. Our rental search fee (equivalent to one calendar month’s rent) includes:-

 Orientation tours
 Sourcing and previewing of properties
 Accompanied viewing of short-listed properties
 Lease negotiation
 Connection of utilities
 Home security (alarm activation)
 Home contents insurance quotes
